Get Wet Experience
Get an unforgettable experience during the Get Wet Experience and float in the middle of the Waddensea. All while staying comfortable warm.
We’ll start at Waddenpavilion De Noorman where you can safely store your personal belongings. Here we shall also change into the special Dry Suits. Afterwards well get aboard the rescueboat on the docks which are located next to De Noorman and set sail to the Waddensea.
Once at sea we will come across several points of interests like sandbanks and we have a good change of spotting some seals. With alternating speeds we will go to the designated location where we will take our jump into the sea.
Once we arrive at the proper location and everyone has had their instructions we will throw (or jump) overboard. Thanks to the special suits everyone is wearing you’ll stay warm and you’ll keep afloat. As a group you’ll get several assignments. For obvious reasons, the rescuaboat will always stay close by.
You’ll quickly notice that with teamwork you’ll be standing quite strong. After about half an hour in the water we will pull everyone back on board and we will start on the return trip.
Back at Waddenpavilion De Noorman everyone can get changed again and enjoy a refreshing drink at the fireplace.
